Rudolf Kutschker, Partner

Rudolf Kutschker is a partner at demps & partner, specializing in HR. His core competencies include development, staffing, and onboarding for retail stores as well as development and long-term governance of training and talent management systems, closure of retail stores, and implementation of organizational changes, including restructuring measures and associated terminations. Before joining demps & partner, he was director of training and director of HR and organization at two fashion-based companies in the Otto Group, where he introduced needs-based training and long-term talent management systems. Working for an American fashion brand within the Otto Group, Rudolf Kutschker developed the HR side of its retail network and established a spirit-of-service culture. When the brand was acquired by a US parent, he implemented new HR processes and tools in collaboration with HR colleagues in Seattle. He also managed change processes for a new ERP system and implemented a restructuring plan with mass layoffs.

Rudolf Kutschker has a Master’s in Social Sciences, is a qualified trainer in adult education, and a certified systemic consultant and coach.
