Thorsten Runge, Partner

Thorsten Runge is a partner at demps & partner. Before joining demps & partner, he spent 16 years in commercial management positions at medium-sized companies and group companies. He started his career in controlling and sales at Siemens Mobile, where he was involved way into the insolvency process.

His focus lies on the management of special situations such as transformations, post-merger integrations, restructurings and efficiency improvement projects. He has very deep and extensive process and system knowledge in the entire commercial area as well as in the areas of HR, IT and logistics based on his hands-on mentality and focus on process management.

In finding solutions, he can rely on his broad industry experience and assignments in corporations of various sizes. He has expertise in Lean Management and increasingly uses Agile methods. In addition to Germany and Sweden, he has worked in Taiwan and the U.S. and has led organizations in several European countries.
